Do I need to do Interact sponsored hours every month?

Yes.  In order to be considered a member of the club, you must complete at least two Interact sponsored hours each month.  You can have as many non-Interact volunteer hours as you want!

03

Where do I turn in my time sheets?

Tracking time is now done online through TrackitForward.com (or the My Hours tab above). Please get the "code word" for the Interact sponsored activities and write it in the comments section when logging hours. If it is not an Interact sponsored activity, please write the contact information for the leader of the activity.

Where do I find volunteer opportunities?

We will frequently list and update Interact sponsored volunteer opportunities on this website. Some events will be ongoing and occur throughout the school year, while others are annual events.  You can find these activities on the Ongoing Events and Annual Events pages.  You can also find events and opportunities posted on our Facebook and Twitter pages.

How do I sign up for activities and events?

You can register to volunteer at an event by clicking on the "Sign Me Up" button for each event.

05

What happens if I missed a monthly meeting?

In order to maintain your status as a club member, you must attend 60% of the month membership meetings (i.e. you can only miss 3 1/2 meetings over the course of the school year).  If you know ahead of time that you will not be able to attend a meeting, it is better to check in with someone beforehand so you don't miss any important announcements.  If you were unable to attend a monthly meeting, be sure to check in with a board member or the faculty staff advisor to find out what you missed.
